If you allow location access, the app may use your approximate or precise location to show nearby events and attractions. You can use the app without location access by searching with a ZIP code, city, or state.

We may process app activity needed to keep the service working, such as search area, radius, selected tabs, refresh status, cached source checks, device diagnostics, and basic server logs.

Public Listings

Hatch & Gather uses public and community sources to surface family-friendly events and attractions. Listing details can change, so families should confirm dates, times, prices, accessibility, availability, and policies with the original organizer or venue before attending.

Purchases and Donations

Optional support purchases are processed by Apple. Hatch & Gather does not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase and transaction information needed to validate support purchases, provide customer support, and maintain records.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Hatch & Gather, show nearby results, save preferences, respond to support requests, review suggested sources, improve event and attraction quality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, including cloud hosting, analytics or diagnostics, email support, AI-assisted source review, and purchase validation. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the app, or our business.

Children

Hatch & Gather is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.

You can change location permissions in your device settings. You may contact us to ask about your information, request account help, or request deletion of information associated with your account.
